The Streaming Giant Casts Perfect Performer for Bentham in One Piece Upcoming Installment
The Secret Organization is poised to play a huge role in the forthcoming season on Netflix of One Piece, though the major clash isn’t set to occur until the third season, and a beloved, popular member has just been cast.
The streaming service revealed recently that the skilled actor has joined the One Piece season 3 cast and will play Bentham. This character has the ability to transform into an perfect replica of anyone they’ve made contact with with their right hand. Escola, who is identifies as non-binary and prefers they/them pronouns, will play a version of that role re-envisioned as gender non-binary, rather than as a drag queen, in the live-action show, as in the initial comic and animated series.
Escola is joined by a number of new cast members who will portray the group to life, featuring leader the main antagonist, portrayed by the well-known actor, an emerging star as Miss Goldenweek, and a familiar face, who will appear as the ensemble as the ruler of the desert kingdom.
Although Bon Clay is a major member of the group, the persona won’t make their debut One Piece the upcoming installment. With the second season likely to portray the Little Garden arc, this marks a notable change in the schedule of the character’s debut, one that could indicate additional alterations to the narrative framework.
