The City of Angels witnessed widespread celebrations after the Los Angeles Dodgers won a thrilling seven-game World Series title. Fans worldwide united with local residents in celebration, marking the initial time in 25 years that a team has achieved consecutive championships.
Celebration Parade Attracts Massive Crowds
Local celebrations included a procession through the city center on the morning of the parade, a ticketed rally at the team's home stadium, and spontaneous parties across the city.
Social media videos show thousands of Angelenos flooding city center avenues, many carrying handmade banners and Dodger flags. The squad was seen traveling proudly on a double-decker bus through the crowds, hoisting the Commissioner’s trophy proudly.
